Terms of service

These terms apply when you use iHomeData (ihomedata.com), which is run by MJI Technology ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the site, you agree to them.

Your account

• You must be 18 or older.
• Keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
• One person per account. Do not share your sign-in.

Plans, billing and credits

• The Free plan includes 50 credits. Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly through Stripe and renew automatically until you cancel.
• The Pro trial costs $1 and lasts 7 days, with 300 credits. Each account can use it once. When it ends, Pro renews at $49 a month unless you cancel before then. The $1 is not refunded.
• Each plan includes a set number of credits every month, on monthly and yearly billing alike. Unused credits do not carry over to the next month.
• We may change prices. If we do, we will email you at least 30 days before the new price applies to your plan.

Cancellations and refunds

• You can cancel anytime under Manage billing in the app. Your plan stays active until the end of the month or year you paid for, then moves to the Free plan.
• We do not give refunds for partial months or years, or for unused credits.
• If you were charged by mistake, email ihomedata@ouremails.org within 30 days and we will make it right.

How you may use the data

• The data comes from public records. Use it for real estate research and outreach, such as finding properties, owners and mailing lists.
• Not for screening people. iHomeData is not a consumer reporting agency. Do not use it to decide anyone's eligibility for credit, insurance, employment or housing. That use is covered by the Fair Credit Reporting Act and is not allowed here.
• Follow contact laws. If you call, text or email owners, you are responsible for following the laws that apply, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, the Do Not Call Registry and Florida's telemarketing laws.
• Do not use the data to harass anyone.
• Do not resell the data, copy it in bulk, or use bots or scrapers on the site.

Accuracy

Public records can be out of date or wrong, and our matches between court filings and properties are automated. Lead scores and AI estimates are a starting point, not advice. Check the original records before you make an offer, a loan or a legal decision. iHomeData is not legal, tax or financial advice.

Our service

We work to keep iHomeData running, but we provide it "as is", without warranties of any kind. We may change or stop features. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or lost-profit damages, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Florida law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

Changes

If we change these terms, we will update the date at the top of this page and email account holders about important changes. If you keep using iHomeData after a change, you accept the new terms.
